Returns Policy

Overview

If for any reason you want to return your HobSensus product, please take note of the following:-

If you change your mind:

If, after receiving your HobSensus, you change your mind and want to return it before it is installed, please download our Returns Form, fill it in, print it and include it with the HobSensus and send to: Prefect Controls Limited, Unit 2 The Cloisters, Church Field Business Park, Church Field Road, Sudbury CO10 2YR. 

On receipt of the product, we will provide a refund less 10% handling fee. Please note return carriage charges will be your responsibility.

Faulty products:

If you are returning the HobSensus because you consider it to be faulty, please download our Returns Form (here-link), fill it in, print it and include it with the HobSensus and send to: Prefect Controls Limited, Unit 2 The Cloisters, Church Field Business Park, Church Field Road, Sudbury CO10 2YR. 

On receipt of the product, we will conduct a full test of the product. If it is found to be faulty you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund. 

If no fault is found, we will ship the product back to you and no refund will be offered.
